Booking requests

A booking made on this website or with our assistant is a request. Your appointment is confirmed when we call or text you.

Prices

Prices shown are estimates for the vehicle size you choose. If the vehicle needs significantly more work than described (for example heavy pet hair, mold or biohazards), we will explain and ask before doing anything extra. We never change a quoted price without your agreement.

Before we arrive

Please remove valuables and personal items and make sure we can park next to and walk around the vehicle.

Results

We work carefully, but some stains, odors, scratches and wear cannot be fully removed. We will tell you if we expect a limitation.

Changes and cancellations

Please call or text (425) 589-3001 at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel. We may reschedule exterior work in severe weather at no charge.
